Professional supervision services include the following tasks:
- Control whether the construction is carried out according to the construction permit, ie according to the technical documentation according to which the construction permit was issued;
- Control and verification of the quality of execution of all types of works and application of regulations, standards and technical norms, including accessibility standards;
- Control and verification of the amount of work performed; checking whether there is evidence of the quality of construction products, equipment and plants to be installed;
- Giving instructions to the contractor
- Control of laboratories in the fields of geotechnics, asphalt and concrete.
Our staff has the knowledge and experience to perform professional supervision on contracts for the construction of works on more complex works on the construction of highway infrastructure in the Republic of Serbia. Contracts were made according to FIDIC contracting models yellow and red.
